Our factory undertakes a batch of motorcycle fork workpieces (Fig. 1). The φ36_0~(0.62) aperture size tolerance on the workpiece is large, and it is not a full circle, and the processed part is at 34°. The distance between the center of the two holes of φ12mm and φ36mm is small (46_(-0.50)~(-0.25)mm). In order to make the difference between the workpiece and the tolerance zone intuitive, 46_(-0.50)~(-0.25)mm can be marked as 45.625±0.125mm, the tolerance zone is 0.25mm, which is not contradictory to 46_(-0.50)~(-0.25)mm. The workpiece is difficult to measure with traditional inspection methods, and we have designed a detection tool.
