After the knife position is adjusted, the blade is slowly placed into the sipe, and the depth is 3~5mm. The blade must be centered on the sipe, and it should not be deviated. The two can't touch, otherwise the blade and the sipe will rub against each other. Burned out. The adjustment of the paper guide roller should be on the same line as the indentation line. The paper feed positioning plate should be fastened and parallel to the side line of the device. Otherwise, the cut paperboard is easy to be skewed, resulting in unnecessary wheel marks. After everything is in order, confirm the error and then manually drive the wheel. If there is no abnormality, turn on the power and turn it on.

The quality of the production medium-view blade is sharpened once every 200~50mm, keeping the paper-cutting slits clean and beautiful. At the same time, pay attention to foreign objects such as paper edges, and do not get caught in the blade drive gear to avoid damage to the gears and bearings. After the production is completed, the paper dust and oil on the equipment should be removed in time to keep the machine clean.

After using the ultra-thin knife for a period of time, re-tighten the fastening screws, especially the screws of the fixed blade, otherwise the blade is vulnerable or the flying knife hurts people. The sharpening wheel should also be adjusted in time to make it close to the blade when grinding. When the thickness of the grinding wheel is less than 2mm, the new wheel should be replaced. Replace the outer diameter of the insert when it is less than 225mm. The service life of the blade and the grinding wheel depends on its quality and the number of papers and the quality of the paper. When it is used, it is necessary to select a high-quality brand and a reputable supplier to achieve cost savings and improve product quality.

Second, common fault analysis

1. Difficult to start or unable to start

1. The tail of the cut cardboard is skewed.
