5.1 sampling standards
Inspectors shall perform random inspections on incoming materials in accordance with the “GB/T 2828. 1-2003/ISO 259-1:1999 Counting Sampling Inspection Proceduresâ€. Sampling level is generally grade II, AQL = 1.5. Qualified inspections, true writing inspection records and signatures on the inspection and acceptance forms; if the inspections fail, fill in the “Failed to Fill out Inspection Ineligibility Notification Form†and submit it to the supervisor for determination.
5.2 Inspection content:
5.2.1 Check whether the incoming package meets the requirements. Whether the factory identification is clear and complete.
5.2.2 Check the incoming material, model, and code to check whether the materials meet the requirements.

The layer is loose; the surface must not be ash; the surface is not allowed to have long stripes due to unevenness of the surface of the alloy and reoxidation after polishing with fine sandpaper.
5.2.6 The film thickness is checked by the thickness gauge. No thin oxide film or oxide film is allowed. General requirements of oxide film shall not be less than 4μm.
