A: The minimum illuminance is a method of measuring the sensitivity of the camera. In other words, the camera can see the available images in the dark. But because there is no international standard for management, every large CCD manufacturer has its own method of testing the CCD sensitivity. The 0.005LUX is the value of the camera illuminance, which is displayed by the test instrument.

Q: What is the starlight mode?
Answer: The starlight mode allows the CCD camera to see clear color images under very weak light conditions, such as 0.0002 Lux illumination level. All CCD cameras are designed to work at shutter speeds of 1/50, 1/60 ~ 1/2000 seconds, so the minimum illumination level or sensitivity is limited to 3 to 6 Lux under the conditions of F1.2 and 5600k. The starlight mode CCD camera's proprietary digital signal processor can make the CCD shutter speed as low as 1 ~ 10 seconds. Because the physical principle of long shutter opening, the CCD can collect more photons, so it is 100 to 600 times higher than traditional cameras Sensitivity.

Q: Why is there no signal output?
Answer: 1. Whether the power supply meets the working voltage of the camera;
2. Whether the signal output to the monitor circuit is open or short-circuited, and whether the connection BNC connector is good;
3. Check whether the camera fuse is blown and the power output is 12V. ;

Q: Why is the image distorted?

Q: Why is the image whitish?
Answer: 1. Check whether the lens circle is too large and the image becomes white;

3. Check if the monitor is over adjusted or faulty

Q: How to improve the image interference and use environment, and the leakage of back-end equipment?
Answer: 1. It is caused by poor focusing of the camera and lens area;
2. Should first adjust whether the lens focus can be improved;
3. Check whether the lens is C or CS interface, if the C interface must add a ring, if it is a CS interface, remove the ring.

Q: Why is the image blurry?
Answer: The configuration of the whole system is closely related. Check whether it is caused by the matching of the line, power supply and the system, such as the interference of the video recorder and the power equipment. There are also back-end equipment to be grounded, such as DVR, matrix, etc.

Q: Why can't the distance of the infrared lamp reach?
Answer: There is no uniform international standard for the irradiation distance of infrared lamps on the market, so each manufacturer uses its own measurement method as the standard. The distance of general infrared lamps refers to the irradiation distance of infrared lamps and the discovery distance of the camera.
