CimatronE five-axis machining technology (2)

In terms of product processing:

1. For special parts, such as impellers, blades, elbows, etc., there are special five-axis machining strategies to achieve five-axis joint roughing, finishing and rounding (Fig. 6).

Image 6

2. Correct and safe tool axis tilt control, which can be used according to the point, curve, coordinate axis and surface UV line direction, and based on the tool contact point algorithm, avoid zero speed cutting and improve surface quality (Figure 7).

Figure 7

3. Multi-axis blank function. When the table or tool is rotated by an angle, it can automatically identify the blank in the current coordinate system, evenly and safely cut, reduce the empty knife and improve efficiency.

4. The interference check of the intelligent blade, the shank and the shank is reflected to the user in the form of a report (Fig. 8).

Figure 8

5. Fast five-axis drilling function. According to the set angle limitation, the shape and position of the hole can be automatically recognized without the user's selection; after the hole position is determined, the shape and size parameters of the hole are automatically displayed, which is beneficial for the user to proofread and edit; and the system is uniformly grouped for user's editing. And modified (Figure 9).

6. Powerful background accessibility. Supports all international control systems and post-processing of custom formats; machine simulation for tool path support and machine simulation for post-reading code (Figure 10).

In summary, CimatronE's five-axis machining function is extremely intelligent, safe and efficient. It provides a rich processing strategy for complex molds and products processing. It is easy to learn and use, and is a powerful and comprehensive five-axis machining software.

Sand Paper

Sandpaper is an abrasive material used to smooth and polish surfaces. It is made of a backing made of a sheet of paper or cloth with abrasive particles applied to its surface. Abrasive particles can be made of a variety of materials, such as aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, ceramic, or diamond. Sandpaper is an essential tool for many industries, including woodworking, metalworking, automotive, and construction.

The core selling points of sandpaper are its ability to remove imperfections from a surface, its versatility, and its variety of grit sizes. Sandpaper is an abrasive material designed to remove imperfections from a surface. This makes it an ideal tool for smoothing rough surfaces or removing old paint or finishes. Sandpaper can also be used to polish surfaces to give them a smooth and shiny finish.

One of the main features of sandpaper is its versatility. It can be used on surfaces of a variety of different materials, including wood, metal, plastic, and glass. This feature makes it an essential tool for many industries, including woodworking, metalworking, automotive, and construction. Sandpaper also comes in a variety of grit sizes, from coarse to fine. This means that it can be used for a variety of tasks, from removing heavy materials to polishing delicate surfaces, and the grit size chosen also varies.

Sandpaper is used for many different applications. In woodworking, it is used to smooth rough surfaces, remove old finishes, and prepare surfaces for repainting or staining wood. In metalworking, it is used to remove rust, smooth rough edges, and prepare surfaces for welding or painting. In automotive applications, it is used to remove old paint, smooth body paint, and prepare surfaces for painting. In construction, it is used to smooth concrete, remove old paint or finishes, and prepare surfaces for tiling or other finishes.

Different grits of sandpaper are suitable for different applications. Coarse grits, such as 40 or 60, are suitable for removing heavy materials. These grits are used to remove old paint, rust, or other stubborn materials. Medium grits, such as 80 or 120, are suitable for general sanding and smoothing. These grits are used to smooth rough surfaces or prepare surfaces for painting or staining. Fine grits, such as 220 or 320, are used for polishing and finishing. These grits are used to make surfaces smooth and shiny.

Sandpaper comes in a variety of forms, including sheets, rolls, and discs. Sheets are the most common form of sandpaper and are available in a variety of sizes. Sandpaper in rolls is great for larger sanding projects, and sandpaper in discs can be used with power tools like sanders or grinders.
