Establishment of 3D Die Model Base Library Based on VB6.0

In the die design, a large number of standard parts and standard formwork are often involved. In the domestic and foreign literatures, there are more discussions on the establishment of the standard-level standard parts library, and there are fewer research methods for the assembly-level standard formwork library. This paper uses SolidEdge as the platform and uses VB6.0 as the programming language to develop a standard mold base library. It is successfully applied to the self-developed rotary body forming part mold CAD system. The design and establishment process of the library will be introduced below. .

The piston ring is an essential piston part, and its numbers and functionality differ depending on the type and capacity of the engine.

In 2-stroke large engines, compression type piston rings are used to seal the combustion chamber and wiper rings are installed below them to wipe the deposits from the liner and distribute oil on the liner surface.
