2.1. Selection of raw materials
The requirements of the additive raw materials are: 1 high absorption rate of animals, high biological potency; 2 harmful heavy metal content meets the prescribed standards; 3 good palatability, no bad odor; 4 not easy to absorb moisture and agglomerate; 5 not easy to oxidative decomposition; Electrostatic induction, good fluidity; 7 particle size meets requirements; 8 purity meet feed grade requirements; 9 wide source, reasonable price; 10 no residue in animals, harmless to human body.
2.2. Carrier selection and processing
The carrier should be selected to dilute the trace element components, and have good surface properties and water-loading ability, so that the particles of the micro-additive component can enter the concave surface of the carrier, and the pores should also have the property of scattering, fluidity and chemical stability. Good characteristics such as sex. Generally, three grade powders, cake powder, steamed bone powder and the like are selected as carriers. The carrier should have a moisture content of less than 10% and a fineness of between 30 and 80 mesh.
2.3. Selection and processing of thinner
The diluent is required to have chemical stability, does not react chemically and bio-antagonizes with various trace elements diluted, and secondly, the weight-to-weight similarity, that is, the bulk density of the diluted component is approximately equal to the bulk density of the diluent, approximately equal to the bulk density of the carrier. . CaCO3 is used as a diluent, its bulk density is 2.7g/m3, and its cost is low and the source is wide. Animals can be used well as a calcium source.
2.4. Treatment of toxic trace elements
Trace elements such as selenium, cobalt and iodine are highly toxic. If the feed is excessive in some places, the animal may be poisoned and must be specially treated. Usually, hydration pretreatment is used to prepare the above three elements. In warm water, spray onto the refined thinner, mix well, dry, pulverize, and prepare the ingredients.
2.5. Drying
The additive raw material often contains excessive moisture and needs to be dried. Usually, a temperature-adjustable electric oven is used as a drying device, and the dried additive can extend the storage period and facilitate the pulverization process.
2.6. Smash
All kinds of raw materials needed for the production of additives need to be pulverized. For the thinners of three elements of selenium, cobalt and iodine, they are crushed by a special pulverizer, and the pulverized raw materials are sorted into the required fineness and sieved. The coarse particles on the granules are re-introduced into the pulverizer.
2.7. Ingredients
Generally, manual ingredients are used, and special personnel are responsible for it. Special personnel check, use balance or scale with certain precision, and some use electronic meters.
2.8. Mixing
The use of a high-speed, sealed mixer requires no more than 0.3% residue in the machine. The order of addition is to first put the carrier, then add the trace components, mixing time 10 ~ 15 minutes / batch.
2.9. Packaging
When the feed additive is metered and bagged, the quality accuracy standard is required to be 1/500. The sealing is tight and there is no leakage. The product quality inspection certificate is attached, indicating the applicable object, the amount of addition and the method of use.
