(1) Structure: This valve is composed of upper and lower aluminum alloy valve body, rubber tube sleeve, small and large valve stem gate, and upper and lower guide pillars.

(2) Working principle: When the handwheel is rotated, the large and small valve stems are driven simultaneously by the upper and lower jaw plates, the compression tube sleeves, and the closure. In this way, the gate reciprocates up and down between the guide columns to complete the opening and closing of the valve.

Installation and maintenance

(1) Insert the plastic pipe protruding below the electric contact groove into the plastic pipe at one end of the small valve, and insert the other end into a plastic pipe supplied by our factory. The outlet extends to the electric contact slot and then the copper bar or the stainless steel band is used to fasten the two ends.

(2) When used for a long time, if there is any wear or leakage, just open the left and right valve body and replace the sleeve, the valve can be used for a long time.
