When the accumulator is too small and the normal pressure Pn is set too large, the hydraulic spring system is very hard. At this time, the pressure of the hydraulic system varies greatly with the thickness of the material layer.
In order to make good use of the accumulator buffer vibration, the accumulator should be selected to be large enough, and the pipeline connected to the hydraulic cylinder should have sufficient section, and the accumulator should be as close as possible to the cylinder. The accumulator is chosen to be small and produces a large vibration. It is generally considered that it is appropriate to measure the vibration speed in the roller-pressurized post at 1 to 5 mm/s, and the accumulator is selected as a standard.
It is also recommended that the accumulator nitrogen inflation pressure: Po = 0.9 × pmin
Where: Pmin a hydraulic system minimum pressure (MPa);
Hydraulic system pressure change value ΔP = Pmax - _Pmin = 25% Pn; Pn - normal working pressure (MPa).
The capacity calculation of the accumulator is mainly based on the following three aspects:

Vx—the working volume of the accumulator (m3)
P1—system minimum pressure (Pa)
P2—the highest pressure of the system (Pa)

L—Plunger stroke (m)
K—coefficient related to the type of pump:
