6. When lightning and adjacent devices with high-voltage conductors are used, it is forbidden to use the instrument for measurement. Only when the device is not energized but it is impossible to be charged by other inductive electricity, can it be carried out.
7. Before and after the measurement, the subject must be fully discharged to ensure the safety of the equipment and the person.
8. When measuring the insulation resistance of a capacitive electrical device, remove the measurement line and then stop turning the handle after obtaining a stable reading. Ground the device under test immediately after the test.
9, to avoid severe long-term vibration, so that the shaft tip, gem damage and affect the scale instructions.
10, the instrument should be placed in a fixed place when not in use, the ambient temperature should not be too hot and cold, not on the wet, dirty ground. And avoid placing near the corrosive air.
