Notice on the 2015 National Abrasives Standardization Work Conference and Standards Review Conference

According to the relevant requirements of the standardization work and the arrangement of the work plan of the 2015 Standards Committee, combined with the progress of the standard revision project, it is scheduled to be held from October 13 to October 17, 2015 (general abrasives, superabrasives) Branches of products and products, from October 14th to October 17th (General Association and General Abrasives, Coated Abrasives Branch and Silicon Carbide Special Products) held the National Abrasives Standardization Technical Committee and various sub-technologies in Wuhan, Hubei Province. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the standardization work in 2015 and the orderly development of the standardization work in 2016, members and relevant personnel are requested to arrange their work in advance, and they must attend the meeting on time (the members attending the meeting will be an important basis for the appraisal committee and the committee members. Members who do not have a special reason to attend the meeting may, at their discretion, entrust other comrades who are familiar with the opinions of the person and who are familiar with the standardization work to participate, but the entrusted person must carry his power of attorney in the form of Annex 1). First, the meeting content
1. The report of the deliberation work report was prepared by the Secretariat for the 2015 work report of the Standards Committee and the report of the funds and expenditures.
2. The standard review review has formed a standard revision project for review.
3. The standard review subcommittees reviewed the current standards from 2006 to 2008 and formed a review opinion.
4. The work plan discusses the various committees to discuss the 2016 work plan.

V. Meeting fees
At this meeting, the participants of the ordinary abrasives, super-hard abrasives and products branch will receive 3,500 yuan for the conference fee (4,300 yuan for single living), and the other participants will receive 3,000 yuan for the conference fee (3,600 yuan for single living). Seven, matters needing attention
1. In order to facilitate the organization of meeting and preparation of meeting materials, all units are required to fill in the “Conference Receipt” (Annex 2) after receiving the notice of the meeting, and must fax it to the Secretariat of the Standards Committee before September 25. Participants who have overdue receipts or non-returned holders will be charged an additional 200 yuan for conference fees.
