a. Straight and elbow crowbars with a length of 300mm and a diameter of Ф20mm;
b. Straight and elbow crowbars with a length of 600mm and a diameter of Ф30 mm;
c. Hand-held hacksaw with a length of 380mm;
d. Various screwdrivers with a length not greater than 380mm;
e. Pipe wrench and pliers with a length of 250mm;
f. Chisels with a length of 200mm and diameters of Ф15mm and Ф20mm, respectively;
g. Hand hammer with a weight of 1.36kg and a handle length of 380mm;
h. Ф6.5mm portable electric drill;
i. Unlock special tools;
j. Toggle tool made of steel wire with a diameter not greater than 3mm;
k. The length is 300mm and the diameter is Ф10mm and Ф15mm steel rod respectively.
6.2 Test device 6.2.1 When conducting the anti-destructive function test, the lock manufacturer shall provide the following test additional devices and data:
a. Lock installation diagram;
b. A full set of accessories and installation connectors provided at the factory outlet of the lock manufacturer;
c. The locks to be tested must be installed on test sample doors with door thicknesses of 40mm, 32mm, and 25mm respectively;
d. In the installation position of the test sample door lock, with the lock as the center and a radius of 100mm, the front and rear panels of the door leaf should be not less than 3mm thick steel plate, as the minimum protection benchmark for anti-theft lock destruction test;
e. The frame material of the door frame is a steel profile not less than 1.2mm thick. The lock box (board) is welded or fixedly connected to the frame;
f. The outline reference dimensions of the test sample door are shown in Figure 1.
With main lock and auxiliary lock or multi-directional bolt (bolt), it should be installed according to the actual use of the product.
6.2.2 The inspection unit of the test frame shall make a steel test frame, which shall be firmly fixed and can hold the test sample door shown in Figure 1, and its rigidity and strength shall be sufficient to prevent the destruction of the mechanical anti-theft lock Requirements for functional testing. Welded WIRE MESH Rolls: Welded wire mesh rolls are flexible rolls of wire mesh that are made by welding steel wires together at their intersections. They come in various widths and lengths and are commonly used for a wide range of applications, including fencing, animal enclosures, garden protection, and reinforcement in concrete. Welded wire mesh rolls offer strength, durability, and ease of installation, making them a popular choice for both residential and commercial projects.
Hot-Dip Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh: Hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh is a type of welded wire mesh that has undergone a galvanizing process. In this process, the mesh is immersed in a bath of molten zinc, which forms a protective coating on the surface of the wires. The zinc coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, making hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh suitable for outdoor applications where exposure to moisture and harsh environments is expected. It is commonly used for fencing, construction, and industrial purposes.
Hot-Dip Zinc Welded Wire Mesh: Hot-dip zinc welded wire mesh is another term used for hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh. It refers to the same type of mesh that has been galvanized through the hot-dip process, resulting in a protective zinc coating. The zinc coating helps prevent rust and corrosion, ensuring the long-term durability of the wire mesh. Hot-dip zinc welded wire mesh is widely used for various applications, including fencing, animal enclosures, and reinforcement in concrete structures.
Hot Dip Galvanized Iron Wire Mesh: Hot-dip galvanized iron wire mesh is a type of wire mesh that is made from galvanized iron wires and has undergone the hot-dip galvanizing process. The iron wires are immersed in molten zinc, resulting in a protective zinc coating on the surface. This coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, making hot-dip galvanized iron wire mesh suitable for outdoor applications, especially in environments where rust and corrosion are concerns. It is commonly used for fencing, agriculture, and industrial purposes.
These different types of wire mesh, including welded wire mesh rolls, hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh, hot-dip zinc welded wire mesh, and hot-dip galvanized iron wire mesh, offer varying levels of corrosion resistance and durability. The specific choice depends on the intended application, environmental factors, and the level of protection required.
