Seiko has introduced a high-rigidity angular contact ball bearing for industrial robots; compared with interspersed roller bearings; it has the characteristics of small size and low torque. Therefore, the conflicting torque is large, so it is difficult to rotate at a high speed. For this reason, Seiko has developed a new type of angular touch ball bearing with small steel ball and inner wheel with small touch length and small sliding conflict.
The new type of bearing reduces the conflicting torque to about 1/2 of the inserted roller bearing; to complete the high speed and energy saving of the robot. The internal drawing is improved; the sealing amount of the lubricating oil is added to the inserted roller bearing of about 1. 7 Double outer; also through the selection of high wear resistance of the holder; extended bearing life.
