First, the overall plan for the transformation:

2. The X-axis AC servo motor uses a motor with a power of 4.4Kw and a torque of 28Nm. The Z-axis AC servo motor uses a motor with a power of 4.4Kw and a torque of 28Nm. Since the Z-axis ram has no counterweight, the Z-axis is used. The brake motor has a power-off protection function.

3. The wire arrangement on the carriage board adopts the structure of the tank tow chain, which is safe and reliable.

5. The left tool holder of the machine tool retains the original control function, and the original electric box is shared with the numerical control system. The operation panel is re-customized, and the control function of the original left tool holder is not affected;

Its characteristics are as follows: Compact, highly integrated CNC unit, operator panel, machine operator panel and input and output unit. The operator panel provides all the keys for CNC operation, programming and machine control actions, as well as an 8-inch LCD display, as well as 12 user-defined keys with LEDs. Working mode selection (6 types), feed rate adjustment, spindle speed adjustment, CNC start and CNC stop, system reset are operated by button.
