The company intends to establish a holding subsidiary with Jiaozuo Meijing Technology Co., Ltd. to develop, produce and sell synthetic diamond large single crystal and synthetic diamond products. The joint venture company has a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The company invested RMB 33 million with its own funds, of which the registered capital was RMB 25.5 million, accounting for 51% of the registered capital, and the remaining RMB 7.5 million was included in the capital reserve; Meijing Technology was assessed by mutual agreement. Institutional assessment confirmed the value of fixed assets, inventories, intangible assets, etc. worth 24.5 million yuan, accounting for 49% of the registered capital.
