Snowfall grade standard:
Based on the 24-hour precipitation, the precipitation reaches 5.0-9.9 mm for heavy snow, and the precipitation reaches or exceeds 10 mm for heavy snow.
Correspondence between snowfall and snow depth:
When there is no melting after the snow falls, in general, 1 mm of snowfall in the northern region can form a snow depth of 8-10 mm, and in the south, the snow depth is 6-8 mm.
