Five areas of energy conservation and green development projects are supported

In order to implement the "Made in China 2025" and "Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Encouraging Social Investment in Investment and Financing Mechanisms in Key Fields of Innovation", the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Development Bank jointly launched the recommendation for key projects for industrial green development, and jointly supported a batch of Key projects.
According to the overall deployment of industrial green development and related industrial policies, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has organized projects that meet the requirements of industrial development policies, energy conservation and environmental protection technologies, market potential and obvious benefits, and formed the “Recommended Catalogue of Key Projects for Industrial Energy Conservation and Green Development”.
It is understood that the "Recommended Catalogue of Key Projects for Industrial Energy Conservation and Green Development" will adhere to the principle of "government guidance and market-oriented operation", focusing on industrial energy conservation and green development, and focusing on projects in ten directions in five major areas:
First, industrial energy-saving and water-saving technology transformation. Support industrial enterprises, especially key energy-using enterprises to carry out energy-saving technological transformation, including the application of advanced energy-saving technology and equipment, the use of waste heat and residual pressure utilization, kiln rich oxygen and oxyfuel combustion, high-efficiency motor and transformer system transformation. Support industrial enterprises to apply advanced and applicable, economical, energy-saving and emission-reducing coal clean and efficient utilization technology; support high-efficiency kiln, industrial boiler, modern coal chemical, coking and other advanced coal efficient clean utilization technology equipment industrialization project. Support water-saving technology transformation in high-water-consuming enterprises, industrial enterprises in water-scarce areas, and water-saving benchmark enterprises. Focus on supporting technology water-saving, washing and water-saving, industrial wastewater deep treatment and reuse, non-conventional water resources development and utilization and other technical applications.
The second is the improvement of digital energy efficiency. In accordance with the requirements of the “Implementation Plan for the Construction of Energy Management Centers for Steel, Petroleum and Chemical, Building Materials, Non-Ferrous Metals, and Light Industry Enterprises”, support industrial enterprises to carry out energy management information construction, and build or renovate and improve enterprise energy management centers. Support the construction and transformation of the green data center with reference to the requirements of the National Green Data Center Pilot Work Program.
The third is the clean production transformation of key industry enterprises. Support enterprises to implement clean production transformation in accordance with the requirements of the Air Pollution Prevention Action Plan and the Water Pollution Prevention Action Plan. Support the eco-design pilot enterprises to carry out the pilot demonstration project construction in accordance with the requirements of the “Eco-design Demonstration Enterprise Pilot Implementation Plan”.
The fourth is the comprehensive utilization of resources. Support industrial tailings, coal gangue and fly ash, desulfurization gypsum and phosphogypsum, smelting slag, red mud and other industrial solid waste resources. Support the construction of pilot demonstration projects for comprehensive utilization of resources such as remanufacturing, waste electrical and electronic, scrap steel, waste non-ferrous metals, waste plastics, waste tires, waste paper, and construction waste.
The fifth is the energy conservation and environmental protection industry. In accordance with the "Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industries", we support energy-saving and environmentally-friendly equipment manufacturing, service-oriented enterprises and park construction with advanced technology and strong competitiveness.
