The thread clamping mechanism is a mechanism commonly used in production, and in particular, the quick release tool using the mechanism is popular with operators. According to the needs of factory product processing, we designed and manufactured the lathe quick release thread clamp as shown in Figure 1. Compared with ordinary thread clamps, the clamp has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture and quick operation. See Figure 1 for the determination of the main dimensions and accuracy requirements.
