Bearings can be discriminated as abandonment; different varieties have different specifications; demand is based on the layout of the bearing for specific analysis; can be divided into the following:
First, the bushing
1) The inner diameter of the bushing exceeds the maximum value of the rule; that is, the shaft diameter plus the maximum allowable clearance of the bearing,
2) The outer diameter of the sleeve is smaller than the minimum value of the regular scale; and when the method of knurling is used, the quality requirement cannot be ensured.
3) When the shaft sleeve burns or holds the shaft.
Second, the split bearing
1) The bearing alloy is severely worn; when the thickness is reduced by 1/2 or more,
2) The bearing alloy layer is shelled; the crack is severe; when the area is more than 1/3,
3) The bearing alloy layer is severely burnt,
4) The contact angle between the bearing alloy and the shaft is greater than 120o; the contact angle cannot be adjusted by the method of scraping the tile surface or the side gap is too large to be adjusted.
Third, thin-walled tiles
1) The bearing alloy layer is melted,
2) The bearing alloy layer is severely worn; the bite is attacked; when it cannot be tightened by the padding method,
3) When the bearing alloy layer is shelled or cracked,
4) The wear of the bearing alloy layer is not too severe; however, when the inspection distance is not ensured,
5) bearing alloy layer wear; need to use padding method to tighten the bearing; but the thickness of the gasket exceeds 0. 5mm.
Fourth, thrust bearing
1) The thrust pad is severely worn; when the thickness is reduced by 1/2 or more,
2) When the thrust pad is melted,
3) The thrust pad is unshelled and cracked.
