In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, the company has carefully developed the scientific and feasible construction plan based on the successful experience of the 1219mm large-diameter sand layer crossing of the Ili River in the east section of the West River and the second section of the West Second Line.

On June 8, the project was officially opened. Difficulties in construction, because the Yili River is mostly sand, large vehicles are difficult to enter, the rig equipment can not be fixed, through the company's employees to work together to solve the problem, to overcome the Central Asia C line control project, to ensure that the energy channel on schedule "Investing in production" is our responsibility, carrying forward the spirit of the pipeline iron man, rolling the mud pool, fighting the heat, fighting the wind and sand, fighting mosquitoes, in a short period of time, repaired a construction access road, paved a construction site, created for the successful implementation of the crossing Conditions; Kazakhstan's market relies on poor conditions, equipment accessories and on-site materials are difficult to purchase, actively coordinate with the company, increase the clearance of equipment and materials, and cooperate at home and abroad to ensure the supply of on-site construction equipment and materials. In addition, the construction site is uninhabited, often with beasts, and faces threats from armed elements in Kazakhstan. Risks are everywhere. Through careful research and careful deployment, the company has developed a comprehensive HSE program and emergency rescue plan, employing a number of local security guards for 24-hour rotation, and effectively protecting the personal safety of construction workers.

In the on-site construction, through the company combined with the actual project, a six-stage reaming and two-stage drilling drilling scheme is adopted to ensure the diameter of the hole and the cleanliness of the hole. In order to ensure the smooth return of the pipeline, the advanced PE pipe water injection and floating technology was adopted at the site. The construction personnel changed jobs 24 hours a day, and the heavy-duty roller transmission process was completed within the safety period of the hole. At the same time, 5 large-tonnage pipe-lifting machines were called, which effectively solved the problem. The difficulty in dragging the geological back of the sand layer ensures the continuous stability of the drag.

At about 22 o'clock on July 4, the pipeline began to drag back. After nearly 15 hours of uninterrupted underground walk, the long steel of thousands of meters broke out. The actual effective operation time of the project was 19 days, which was shortened by 27 days and 7 days respectively than that of the Central Asia A and B lines crossing the Ili River. The main pipeline crossing project of Yili River is the first completed directional drilling crossing project of the C line in Central Asia. Its successful implementation has accumulated valuable experience for the subsequent crossing project and provided strong support for the accelerated construction of the C-line pipeline construction in Central Asia.
