Specific design parameters are required:

  1. 9PIN output connection terminal: MIN connection terminal, line type meets customer output current requirements. The output is defined as 3/P+, NTC, SMBC, SMBD, 3/P-, etc.
  2. Smart Fuel Gauge Protection Board (PCM): The SBS intelligent battery management system uses the advanced power calculation principle to accurately calculate the battery power from time to time, and reports the battery power information to the host through SMBUS, and simultaneously to the rechargeable smart battery pack. When the single voltage of the battery group is higher than 4.45V, the temperature is promoted by the peripheral circuit. The protection device operates, disconnects the circuit, and protects the entire battery pack from overvoltage.
  4. Overcurrent protection sheet (BREAKER recoverable): With overcurrent and temperature detection function, the overcurrent protection sheet operates when the current reaches 12A or the temperature reaches 75°C. When the temperature drops, the overcurrent protection sheet resumes normal operation.
