Causes of elevator shaft leakage (1) During civil construction, a large amount of stagnant water in the floor is not drained, drained, and the concrete is directly poured into the water, causing many honeycombs, pockmarks, holes and sulfur pine around the floor. Construction Methods: (1) Leakage of shaft wall of the elevator Reason: The cement mortar plaster surface is divided into two layers due to the wall of the elevator (meanwhile, the side wall below the positive and negative zero horizontal line to the bottom of the pit) For waterproofing treatment, resulting in underground water from the well walls wall penetration into the wall caused by elevator shaft water. In view of the above leakage reasons, our company adopts the construction method of "one plug, two seals, three reinforcements" to effectively cure the seepage water in the shaft, floor and sidewall of the elevator. The connection with the floor is not tight. The position of the bottom of the elevator shaft is 3m under the positive and negative zero water line, and the groundwater pressure is relatively large. Groundwater seeps to the pit through the holes, pits, cracks and loose areas, causing the elevator shaft to accumulate water. (2) The reason of serious leakage around the corner of the elevator and the negative angle is that the waterproofing layer is made first because of the bottom plate, and then the side wall concrete wall is reappeared, thus causing the side wall concrete wall of the elevator shaft to be broken with the bottom plate. Waterproofing, so groundwater will continue to leak from the fault into the elevator shaft.
