In order to allow more than 470 local employees of the project department to “wear well” hard hats, the Arene Project Department of the Atkina refinery in Kazakhstan specially purchased helmet straps, which was provided to local subcontractors for free and safety management. In order to overcome the differences in language communication barriers and safety cultures, the staff carried out the “Safety Hats” campaign in the project department.
