"Key technology research and development and industrialization of large-diameter polycrystalline diamond composite sheet" project, developed a composite refractory metal shielding cup, through computer simulation of synthesis chamber temperature distribution, synthetic assembly block optimization design technology, raw material comprehensive clean processing technology and high temperature and high pressure The key technologies such as precision measurement and control synthesis process are used to synthesize PCD composite sheets with a diameter of 48mm and a diamond micronized particle size of 10μm and 25μm. The performance indexes have reached the international advanced level, and the project has 13 authorized patents. By listening to reports, consulting materials, and on-site inspections, the inspection and acceptance expert group believes that the two major scientific and technological innovations have outstanding technological innovations in their implementation, fruitful results, and huge economic benefits. They have agreed to pass the acceptance.
