Tooling design After determining the process plan, tooling is another key to ensure the smooth progress of the process and the processing accuracy. After careful research, we designed and produced special fixtures and tools. At present, our factory has produced more than 20,000 pieces of 462Q connecting rods. The processing of bolt holes is all based on this process and tooling. After measurement and mass production, it fully meets the requirements of product paper, saving the investment of equipment for the factory. It ensures that the production tasks are completed according to quality and quantity. This kind of process plan has been extended to the processing of the connecting rod bolt holes of other models of our factory, and the effect is very remarkable.
