The installation procedures for high-speed centrifuges (hereinafter referred to as centrifuges) include requirements for mainframe installation and rotor installation.
The installation procedures for high-speed centrifuges (hereinafter referred to as centrifuges) include requirements for mainframe installation and rotor installation.
1, host installation:
(1) Power requirements:
1) Power requirements: AC220V, 50Hz.
2) The room should have an independent ground to ensure safe use of electricity.
(2) Installation site:
1) The main unit should be installed on a sturdy, shockproof and level surface.
2) There is no strong vibration source near the centrifuge.
3) Avoid heat sources around the centrifuge and avoid direct sunlight.
4) Leave a certain space around the centrifuge and keep it well ventilated.
5) Working environment temperature: 15 ~ 30 ° C, relative humidity: ≤ 80%.
(3) Host installation:
1) After pushing the main unit to the installation position, adjust the screw to support the foot to the ground, observe and adjust the screw through the level to make the main unit stable.
2) Install the rotor, position and fasten, place the level on multiple parts of the rotor, adjust the screw until the level bubble is in the center.
3) The four feet and the four adjusting screws are all stressed, and no floating phenomenon is allowed.
4) Make sure that the four feet are balanced.
2. Rotor installation:
(1) Wipe the centrifuge chamber with a clean soft cloth to ensure that there is no foreign matter in the centrifuge chamber.
(2) Wipe the center hole of the rotor chamber and the rotor with a clean soft cloth, and apply a thin layer of grease. Gently put the rotor into the rotor seat of the centrifugal chamber with both hands, and screw the compression screw into the cylinder with the force rod. After the rotor is pressed, the force rod must be pulled out and must not be operated randomly.
(3) When using a horizontal rotor with a hood, do not subject the hood to heavy pressure to prevent the hood from deforming and causing the imbalance of the entire rotor. Pay special attention to the alignment of the upper and lower hoods to ensure the dynamic balance of the rotor and hood. There must be no foreign objects in the hood during operation.
(4) When using the angle rotor, the rotor cover should be tightened.
(5) When removing the horizontal rotor with the hood from the centrifugal chamber, first take out the upper hood cover, then take out the centrifuge tube, loosen the compression screw with the force rod, and then screw the rotor into the center hole of the rotor with a T-shaped handle. After lifting, you can pick up the rotor.
(6) When removing the angle rotor from the centrifugal chamber, first unscrew the rotor cover, then take out the centrifuge tube, loosen the compression screw with the force rod, and then screw the rotor into the center hole of the rotor with the T-shaped handle to loosen the rotor. In order to pick up the rotor.
(7) When taking the rotor, it is strictly forbidden to pull the rotor hard to avoid damage to the rotor seat.
