If the mercerizing machine dries off the water point, the water droplets are clean (caused by steam condensation) and the colorless and alkali-free, then the bottoming machine will fall off and the over-rolling car will see white spots, but the white spots will not appear after the continuous dyeing machine develops color. If the mercerizing machine drops into a dirty yellow rust spot, the mercerizing machine can be clearly seen when it is dropped. At this time, it needs to be treated in time to be repaired and then dyed, because the spot is dyed as dark spots and once dyed. It can't be handled.
If the washing is not clean, the unevenness of the cloth will be uneven, the whiteness will be inconsistent, and a yellow spot (alkaline spot) will appear in the high temperature setting or baking. The alkali spot is insufficient due to the flat washing of the mercerizing machine. The cloth roll has a large piece of alkaline cotton wool adhered to it, and the dryer drops the alkaline water point (unlike the yellow rust point). Alkali ray is not visible, it will be seen after high temperature.

If the fabric has a yellow spot after it is mercerized, first analyze how the macula is formed and take the correct approach. If the macula is only rust, the fabric is not damaged or broken, it needs to be washed with grass and then dyed; if the macula is caused by the residual detergent (acidic) when drying, it should be stopped immediately. It can be seen that the fabric is damaged (polyester/cotton fabric) or a hole appears (the pickling water point burns the cotton fabric to the hole when drying the high temperature). For polyester/cotton fabrics, if the spots are heavier, they are like rotten cotton spots. If the cotton fibers remaining at the lighter spots are not stained, white spots are formed after dyeing.
This phenomenon has occurred in the dyeing shop for dispersion/active two-bath dyeing. Production process: dispersion bottoming - baking - reduction cleaning - primering dyeing activity - steam solid - washing - soap drying. During the dispersion reduction cleaning, there is a drying lotion residue on the dryer pedal, which forms a yellow spot with water vapor falling on the fabric during the production. At that time, it did not attract great attention. When the dyeing activity was found, it was found to have white spots on the cloth surface. . In order to recover the loss as much as possible, it has been ineffective to use oxalic acid degreaser and re-purification. Later, it was considered that the cotton fiber damage was caused by acid. In order to increase the dyeing rate of the cotton fiber, the fabric was cold-filamented with a concentrated alkali, so that the residual cotton fiber had a dyeing ability and the white spot was obviously improved. To avoid such accidents, the following measures can be taken:
During the reduction and cleaning, it is found that the macula should be treated in time, and the cause of the macula is accurately analyzed. Keep the dryer clean and free of acids.
The reduction and cleaning can not produce pleats, and the dyeing activity is not determined before the activity, so as to prevent the white spots from being intensified during the high temperature setting process when there is an acidic water point.
Once the acid yellow spot is found, it should be cold-filamented before the dyeing to make the cotton fiber dyed and then dyed, because it has been proved that if the dyeing activity is processed first (including cold silk light, it is difficult to remove white spots), the white spot will be very weight.
In the scouring production, if the boiled and rinsed cleaning is not clean or the mercerized alkali contains dirt such as penetrating agent, it will be difficult to remove it by rolling the car to the cloth surface during production, and the dyeing machine will be distributed for the Shilin dyeing machine. Dark spots, but continuous drop is not obvious; and if dyed with reactive dyes, the opposite is true. The dyeing base machine has no stains and continuous steam solid coloration, but the deep spots are very serious. For this reason, when we produce reactive dyeing products, we should pay attention to the test color. Once it is found that there are deep spots, it should be reduced and cleaned once and then dyed. It will not be obvious, and the dyed products can be removed after re-dying the dyed products. . (usually pink erythema, purple black and blue spots, bright green and bright green spots).
In the dyeing production, it has occurred in the case of white spot rejection of the bottom rolling car. This is the case with alkali spots and wax strips that we have already learned. However, the alkali spots and wax strips are not obvious after drying. However, after drying, it is still very obvious like a paste with white spots. This is alkali mud. Alkaline mud is formed by silt alkali which is too dirty and muddy. It is deposited in the alkali tank or bottom of the tank. Sometimes, because of the large steam, the alkali mud is blown up and sticks to the surface of the cloth. It is difficult to wash it after rolling and rolling. White spots are formed; sometimes the flat seam head of the cloth is too wide, and the alkali mud on the bottom of the box is hung on the cloth surface to form an alkali mud; sometimes when the production breaks the head to wear the cloth, the alkali mud on the bottom of the box is stuck on the cloth surface to form an alkali mud.
These cases of alkaline mud are formed by the deposition of mercerized alkali. To prevent the appearance of alkaline mud, the mercerizing machine should be cleaned regularly. In addition, the lower count of the mercerizing machine should be stabilized with acid to neutralize the mercerized alkali, which can reduce the occurrence of alkali spots and ensure that the pH of the semi-finished fabric before dyeing does not exceed the standard. (The pH value of the screen under the mercerizing machine must be kept at 7~8, and it should be tested before dyeing, especially for thick and thick fabrics with higher density. If the pH value is high, it will affect the dyeing of disperse dyes, because the fabric is baked at high temperature. At high temperatures, caustic soda decomposes disperse dyes and causes a significant drop in color.)
If the alkali mud is found in the dyeing production, if the alkali mud is found in the production, the smoothing machine should be notified in time to clean the mercerizing machine, and then the semi-finished product will be produced in the future. The treatment of the alkaline mud is very simple, as long as it is pickled, it can be removed. Even if the padding is continuously taken off the machine, it is found that the alkaline mud can also be washed to wash away the alkali mud leukoplakia. Although the alkali mud looks white spots, it does not affect the coloring of the dye on the fabric. After washing the alkali mud, the cloth surface is very good and will not show any defects.
